Today's blog is entitled "Todo Para Mi," which means all for me. If you are like me, you often get busy with work and living day to day life, that "me, myself, and I," take a backseat. The eyebrows get bushy, the toes get crusty, and my nails are not on point. Y'jole nena, you must think I look like Medusa's twin. Sometimes I do nena, sometimes I do. Now, I have talked about making him look good, but let's not forget to make ourselves look good. You think that 23 year old intern at his office with the rock'n hot lil bod, and perky boobs, is looking like Medusa's twin? I don't think so mi'ja. So, why should we? And besides, Marrrrta's got to look good for Freaky Friday now! I will explain what that is in tomorrow's blog. So forget about the laundry, the dirty dishes, whatever takes you away from pampering yourself today. Today it is all about you! I know nena, I know. Your thinking where am I going to get the money to pamper myself, in this economy. Although a spa pedicure is nice, why not do your own at home pedicure? Go down to Walmart'e and by a funky fun summer polish. Some of my favorites that are not too expensive are the "Petites," which are only a buck or two. Your local drugstore often carries inexpensive fruit flavored facial masks. The summer heat drying out your cabello? Try V05 hot oil to bring back moisture to your hair. Whatever you choose to use, take the day for yourself! Because making ourselves look good, is a definite way to become a Super Sexy Modern Latina. Que no?
